An initial USD $10 consumable credit is charged to cover the cost of sending messages, emails, and calls.
Additional usage beyond that limit will require top-up or additional payment.

Prend applies standard security measures, including encryption, password protection, and restricted system access to authorized personnel only.
However, no online system is 100% secure; therefore, Clients are encouraged to maintain strong passwords and confidentiality of login details.


8. Data Retention

We retain your account and data for as long as your subscription is active.
After termination or account closure, Prend may retain limited records for compliance and auditing purposes, unless you request deletion under applicable law.


9. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data

Withdraw consent to data processing (with acknowledgment that service access may be affected)

File complaints with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Clients under the Luxury Package have access to a complimentary group chat with Prend staff for general assistance and platform guidance.
Messages in this chat are monitored solely for support purposes and are not shared outside the team.

Significant changes will be communicated through email or the client portal.
Continued use of the service means acceptance of the revised policy.
